Such a fun day. Quite expensive but we had a voucher and definitely worth every penny. I had as much fun as my boys!
Incredibly overpriced and they try and trap you into receiving spam emails with a slip of paper they make you sign for entry. Park appeared to be supervised by children, no safety checks in place for outdoor play equipment and the food in the caf was disgusting.
Brilliant few hours for any age. So well thought out. Staff happy and enjoying their job! They seemed to be having as much fun as we were. Lovely fresh cooked food! Thank you all!
Eating area very dated, shabby old sofas and coffee table in corners of barn shabby net curtains hanging around,dark and dingy to be honest, very limited menu for kids chicken nuggets / chips burger, no imagination at all. My child did enjoy the rides but not that many really for the price you pay, I would say no good for kids older than 8 Unless they have an obsession for JCB diggers staff very nice and friendly I must say,
Great fun for kids over 90cm (and adults). It's fantastic that you really do get to use the machinery. My boys (5 and 7) loved it, whether digging massive holes or driving tractors.On arrival the place looks fairly small, however there's a lot of machinery crammed into it. We went on a Monday in Summer holidays and barely queued at all, so managed to go on most things 2 or 3 times. So you can make a full day of it, however it's a shame to see the large wooden structure with slides, ropes etc closed off completely. It takes up about 1/5 of the park yet it completely shut off to customers. The old slides looked fab and the boys were sad that they couldn't go on them. For me, it's a real let down to the look and feel of the place, as it really feels run down in that particular area. Surely it wouldn't take a lot to get it fixed up and usable again?If not for the run down bits it would be a 5 star review and I can recommend it to anyone with kids over 90cm (they manage access to machinery by height, not age) and I'm sure teenagers would get something out of it too, as they get to drive 4x4 vehicles and full size tractors.
