Since working with Excelsior I have improved significantly as an Athlete. In the past 5 years since I started working with James I haven't been injured, a significant step forward from my injury prone youth! I have recently been selected for the Commonwealth Fencing Federation Championships and James' personalised approach to my training has definitely been a major factor in achieving this.
